1. Submit your request
Email support@supercash.me with the subject line Account deletion request.
Please send the request from the email address linked to your SuperCash account whenever possible.
- The email address associated with your account
- A short note confirming that you want your SuperCash account deleted
If you no longer have access to the registered email address, contact support so we can review the request before proceeding.
2. Verification before deletion
To protect users, SuperCash may ask for additional information to verify identity before acting on an account deletion request.
Verification requirements can vary depending on the products or third-party partner services connected to your account.
3. What deletion covers
Deleting your SuperCash account means SuperCash will remove or de-identify personal data it controls where permitted, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping obligations.
SuperCash is self-custodial. Deleting your account does not give SuperCash access to your private keys or onchain assets.
- In-app account information and support records may be deleted or anonymized where applicable
- Certain records may be retained when required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse
- Third-party providers may keep their own records under their separate terms and privacy policies
