1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how LinkGen Limited, Suite 6503, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("SuperCash," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the SuperCash mobile application, website, and related services ("Services").
By using SuperCash, you consent to this Policy.
SuperCash is a self-custodial wallet that allows users to make payments with digital assets onchain and, where supported, through connected payment networks through licensed third-party partners.
2. Information We Collect
- a. Account Information When you create an account, a self-custodial wallet is generated through our technology partner. We collect limited details such as your email address and, where applicable, a display name or identifier used within the app.
- b. Identity and Verification Data In certain jurisdictions or for higher usage limits, you may be asked to verify your identity through a licensed third-party provider or payment partner. To enable this process, SuperCash may collect or share limited personal information as required by the relevant partner to provide access to their services and comply with applicable regulations.
- c. Payment and Transaction Data We record payment-related data such as transaction identifiers, token amounts, currencies, memos, and counterparties as needed to operate the Services, prevent fraud, and comply with partner or legal obligations.

Technical and Usage Data We may collect technical details such as device type, operating system, IP address, and app version, as well as usage metrics, crash logs, and diagnostics to maintain performance and security. Approximate location data may be collected to optimize network routing, show relevant payment options, and meet compliance requirements.

- Provide and maintain the SuperCash Services;
- Facilitate payments and settlement through third-party partners;
- Verify user identity when required by regulation or partner policy;
