SuperCash Creator Contest – Official Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the SuperCash Creator Contest (the "Contest"). By participating in the Contest, submitting a content video link through the SuperCash mobile application interface, or claiming any associated promotional perks, you ("Participant" or "Creator") agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to the master SuperCash Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Contest is organized and administered solely by LinkGen Limited, Suite 6503, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ("SuperCash").

1. Campaign Period & Eligible Regions

1.1. Duration: The Contest begins on June 3, 2026, and concludes on July 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC+8 (the "Campaign Period"). Submissions entered after the designated deadline are structurally ineligible for review.

1.2. Territory: The Contest is open strictly to users operating outside the United States who reside within Vietnam, the Philippines, and India (the "Target Regions").

2. Participant Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for any promotional rewards, Participants must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of submission:

• Must hold an active self-custodial wallet configured through the SuperCash application interface.
• Must own and manage a public social media account on at least one of the supported third-party platforms: Instagram Reels, Threads, or X (Twitter).
• Must possess an organic, verifiable base of at least 100 genuine followers on the submitting social platform. Accounts utilizing sybil networks, engagement farms, or artificial metric bots will be disqualified instantly.

3. Strict Compliance & Content Guidelines

Submissions are vetted by a human verification team. To remain eligible for approval, the uploaded video and caption MUST strictly adhere to the following framework:

3.1. Technical Standard: The content must be an original video captured by the Participant, shot in a native vertical orientation (9:16 aspect ratio), with a minimum resolution of 1080p, and must remain clear, crisp, and properly lit.

3.2. Mute Readability: The video layout must feature mandatory text overlays or open captions so that the product presentation makes complete sense even when viewed on mute.

3.3. System Word Restrictions: To comply with localized platform algorithms and App Store compliance safety filters, Participants must not say out loud, include in voiceovers, or type in captions restricted words including, but not limited to: "crypto", "tokens", "money", "remittance", or "bypassing app stores". SuperCash must be described purely as a "QR payment app".

3.4. Platform Tagging: The public caption must explicitly follow and tag the official corporate handle @supercashme.

3.5. Privacy Restrictions: Content must not expose sensitive personal or counterparty data, including wallet seed phrases, private recovery credentials, full personal legal names, account numbers, or private merchant identity rails.

4. Reward Mechanisms & Payout Architecture

4.1. Reward 1: 100% Instant Transaction Rebate

• The Reward: A one-time promotional rebate matching the cumulative transaction value settled via the SuperCash app prior to the exact minute of the Creator's in-app submission, capped at a maximum of $5 USD value equivalence.
• The Cutoff Line: The "Submission Timestamp" logged inside the SuperCash application forms a strict boundary line. Any transactions processed after this timestamp are structurally excluded from the rebate calculation.
• Pool Capacity: Restricted strictly to the first 100 approved submissions on a first-come, first-served basis. If a submission fails to satisfy the checklist in Section 3, its spot in the queue is permanently passed to the next chronological applicant.
• Payout Speed: Validated entries will have their rebate credited directly to their SuperCash promotional wallet balance within 24 hours of successful verification.

4.2. Reward 2: The $10,000 Mega Giveaway Pool Selection

• The Reward: Every Participant who uploads a fully approved video achieves entry into a promotional distribution pool, where 50 verified creators will be selected to receive a promotional wallet balance reward of $200 USD value equivalence each.
• Dynamic Pool Unlocks: The final prize volume scales linearly according to collective community engagement milestones:Level 1 (Base): Starts at a $1,000 promotional giveaway pool.Level 2 (100 Verified Videos reached): Unlocks a $2,000 promotional pool.Level 3 (250 Verified Videos reached): Unlocks a $5,000 promotional pool.Level 4 (500 Verified Videos reached): Unlocks the full $10,000 promotional pool.
• Distribution Date: Selected winning creators will have their rewards distributed directly into their application wallets on or before August 15, 2026.

4.3. Bonus Perk: HolyCrab.ai / Seedance 2.0 Credits

• The Reward: Every Participant who logs a video submission instantly unlocks a one-time use referral code and direct claim link for premium credits on HolyCrab.ai to explore their high-tier Seedance 2.0 AI video model.
• Disclaimer: HolyCrab.ai is an independent third-party partner platform. LinkGen Limited holds no liability over third-party system downtimes, registration errors, or software performance. The bonus is valid for one claim per verified device/user profile.

5. Promotional Reward Nature & Relationship Disclaimer

5.1. No Employment or Agency: The Program is structured strictly as a promotional marketing incentive to existing SuperCash customers, similar in nature to a marketing rebate or loyalty credit. When you receive a reward balance through this Contest, you are not being employed, contracted, or engaged by LinkGen Limited to provide services.

5.2. You retain full creative and operational autonomy over your content. LinkGen Limited does not direct your creative process, schedule, location, or methods. Nothing in the Contest shall be construed as creating an employer-employee, principal-agent, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship.

5.3. No Financial Custody: As specified in the master master Terms of Service, LinkGen Limited acts solely as a technology provider and does not hold user funds or execute financial custody. All promotional balances distributed under this Contest are promotional credits applied to the user's self-custodial wallet infrastructure.

6. Anti-Fraud and Authenticity

6.1. LinkGen Limited actively monitors for fraud and manipulation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all unpaid promotional credits, removal from the Contest, and possible suspension of your SuperCash application access:

• Using bot views, click farms, or paid view-exchange services.
• Coordinated inauthentic engagement behavior or view-bombing.
• Submitting stolen, duplicated, or unoriginal content that you did not create.
• Operating multiple accounts or sybil profiles to game the submission queue. 6.2. LinkGen Limited reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back promotional balances at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage License

By submitting a video link through the SuperCash application interface, the Participant grants LinkGen Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, edit, translate, and create derivative works from the submitted video content across its official website, help center, in-app banners, and corporate social channels for marketing and educational purposes. This includes the right to use your username, handle, voice, and likeness as they appear in the video.

8. Limitation of Liability & Legal Disclosures

8.1. No Purchase Necessary: Entering the Contest or the Giveaway pool does not require a fee. While the content video demonstrates a transaction flow, reward pool entry is granted based strictly on the quality and compliance of the educational asset.

8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkGen Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data arising from or related to your participation in the Contest.

8.3. Local Legality: This Contest is void where prohibited or heavily restricted by regional, municipal, or local financial promotional laws. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local jurisdiction's tax obligations regarding promotional allocations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Contest, or the distribution of promotional rewards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by local consumer-protection laws.
